Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Held for the Use, Convenience and Enjoyment of a Motorway Acquired for Road in the City of Takapuna

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 3rd day of November 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 19 November 1987, No. 202, at page 5216, declaring land held for the use, convenience and enjoyment of a motorway acquired for road in the city of Takapuna, pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the Schedule the piece of land fully described.

Pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for a Teacher’s Residence and Setting the same Apart for Maori Housing Purposes in the Borough of Raetihi

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 14th day of January 1988, published in the Gazette of 21 January 1988, No. 8, at page 190, acquiring land for a teacher’s residence and setting apart the said land, when so acquired, for Maori housing purposes by adding after the word “water” the words “specified in easement certificate 876338.2.”
