Land Acquired for Limited Access Road in Rangiora District

Pursuant to sections 20 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a limited access road which has become road, limited access road, and State highway and, pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 1 and shall vest in the Crown on the 11th day of February 1988.

All that piece of land containing 84 square metres, situated in Block VII, Rangiora Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. 18739; as shown marked ‘H’ on S.O. Plan 16798, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch.

Amending a Declaration Land Acquired for Motorway in the City of Auckland

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 3rd day of November 1987 published in the New Zealand Gazette of 19 November 1987, No. 202, at page 5213, declaring land acquired for motorway in the City of Auckland pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the heading of the Gazette notice the word “Auckland” and substituting the word “Takapuna” and by deleting from the legal description in the Schedule the word “Auckland” and substituting the word “Takapuna”.
