Pursuant to section 9 of the Commerce Act 1986, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint
Susan Mary Lojkine of Auckland
to be a member of the Commerce Commission for a period of 5 years commencing from the 1st day of February 1988.

Pursuant to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on the 16th day of December 1987 at Christchurch was 453.16 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is below the ruling trigger price of 625 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) no retention levy is payable in terms of section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, until further notice.
