Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Wanaka Leathers Ltd. hereby gives notice that, on the 25th day of November 1987, the Bank appointed Lindsay John Brown and Evan James Soper, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, 7 Bond Street, Dunedin, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 10th day of December 1984. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Pursuant to Section 18 (5) of the Companies Act 1955

Notice is hereby given that an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Le Cane Real Estate Ltd. will be held at the offices of Messrs Cooper Rapley & Co., Solicitors, 240 Broadway Avenue, Palmerston North at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, the 17th day of February 1988, to consider and if thought fit, to pass the following resolution which will be proposed as a special resolution:

“That, pursuant to sections 18 (1) (a) and 18 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1955, the company be wound up voluntarily.”

Companies Act 1955, the memorandum of association of the company be and is hereby altered by omitting all of the objects and all provisions with respect to the powers of the company contained therein and that henceforth the company shall have the rights, powers, and privileges of a natural person (including the powers referred to in subsections (a) to (h) of section 15 (a) of the Companies Act 1955).”
