Notice is given that on the 5th day of December 1988, the Bank of New Zealand appointed Messrs Peter Reginald Howell and Stephen John Moore, both chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers, jointly and severally of the property of this company under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 30th day of September 1988.

The offices of the receivers and managers are the offices of Coopers and Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, CML Building, corner Queen and Wyndham Streets, P.O. Box 48, Auckland.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertakings and all its real and personal property and all assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
