Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of December 1988, NZI Securities Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, appointed Messrs Alan Raymond Isaac and John Stewart Drage, both chartered accountants of Wellington, as receivers and managers of the property of Judge Corporation Ltd. under the powers contained in a debenture dated 15 January 1986, given by that company.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its property and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including therein the uncalled and unpaid capital of the company for the time being.

The offices of the receivers and managers are at the offices of KPMG Peat Marwick, Chartered Accountants, Thirtieth Floor, Willbank House, 57 Willis Street, Wellington.

Marac Financial Services Ltd. and N.Z.I. Finance Ltd. (“the debenture holders”) hereby give notice that on the 2nd day of December 1988 they appointed Paul Richard Preston and John Anthony Waller, both of Auckland, chartered accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking property and assets charged by a certain debenture dated the 21st day of August 1986 given by Shoe Market Ltd., in favour of the debenture holders.
