Declaring Land Held for Forestry Purposes (Housing) to be Crown Land In the Borough of Tapanui

Pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Dunedin, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped, Land Severed by Road Taken and Land Acquired for a Land Mobile Telecommunications Station in Block VII, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, Silverpeaks County

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Dunedin declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a land mobile telecommunications station and shall vest in the Crown on the 8th day of December 1988 and pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Dunedin.

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be road, which shall vest in The Silverpeaks County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, declares the parts of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The area marked ‘A’ on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 292, folio 24;

(ii) The areas marked ‘E’ and ‘I’ on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 9B/521;

(iii) The areas marked ‘B’ and ‘O’ on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 9B/522;

(c) Declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and declares that:

(i) The area marked ‘C’ on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 292, folio 24;

(ii) The areas marked ‘G’, ‘J’ and ‘K’ on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 9B/521.
