All of the block known as Akaroa Downs, PT Section 21, Block XII Maketu S.D.

"Eighth":
All that area including the forest known as Tikitere Forest in Blocks X and XI Rotoriti S.D. enclosed by a boundary commencing at the middle of the junction of Gillett Road and SH30, then generally westerly along the middle of SH30 to opposite the western boundary of Block XI Rotoriti S.D., then generally northerly to and along this boundary to where it meets with the southern boundary of Pt 1, Paehinahina Mourea, following this boundary and its product to the middle of SH33, then south along the middle of SH33 to opposite the south boundary of Pt 1B3F Paehinahina Mourea Block X Rotorua S.D., a right line westerly to the shoreline of Lake Rotorua, northerly to the north boundary of Pt 1B1 Paehinahina Mourea, easterly along this boundary and its product to the middle of SH33, southerly along the middle of SH33 to opposite the middle of Okawa Bay Road, to and 300m along the middle of Okawa Bay Road then a right line northerly to the shoreline of Lake Rotorua, generally easterly along the southern shoreline of Lake Rotorua to its nearest point to the end of Gillett Road, thence southwesterly to and along the middle of Gillett Road to the commencement point at SH30.

"Ninth":
All that area including the forest known as Herepu Forest within a boundary commencing at the southeast corner of Pt 1, DP 26138, Block XII Waihi South S.D., clockwise around this block to the Herepu Stream, across the stream, continuing clockwise, generally northwest and easterly around the boundary and its product of Section 8, Block XII Waihi South SD, back to the middle of Herepu Stream, down the middle of the stream to opposite the north boundary of Section 12, Block XII Waihi SD., easterly to and along this boundary to the middle of Mihia Stream, then generally southerly up the middle of the middle of Mihia Stream to and along the middle of Herepuru Road to opposite to and to the south boundary of Pt, DP 26138, the point of commencement.

"Tenth":
All that area, starting at the east end of Section 5, Block VII Waihi South S.D., generally southwesterly to and down the middle of Pikowai Road to the middle of Airstrip Road, then along the middle of Airstrip Road to opposite the western point of Section 5, Block VII Waihi South SD, then clockwise to and around the boundary of this block to the point of commencement.
