CERTIFICATE OF SPECIAL PARTNERSHIP
It is hereby certified pursuant to section 51 of the Partnership Act 1908 that:
- The name of the special partnership is Forest Endowment Limited and Company.
- The names, addresses, occupations and capital contributions of the general and special partners are as set forth in the Schedule hereto.
- The business of the partnership will be as follows: agriculture, forestry and tree farming.
- The principal place at which the business of the partnership will be conducted is the registered office for the time being of Forest Endowment Limited.
- The partnership shall commence upon registration of this certificate pursuant to section 54 of the Partnership Act 1908 and subject to the provisions in the partnership deed relating to earlier dissolution shall terminate upon the expiry of 7 years from the date of registration of this certificate.

Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955
The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Purvis Eureka Cars N.Z. Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 30th day of November 1988, the Bank appointed Robert John Marks and Peter James Forrest, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Winstanley Kerridge, Chartered Accountants, 22A Scott Street, Blenheim, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 16th day of April 1987. The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
