Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control in the County of Hawke’s Bay

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes, and shall vest in The Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board on the 1st day of December 1988.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Crown Land in the Town of Wairoa, Wairoa District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Lands, hereby amends the notice dated the 2nd day of August 1988, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 8 September 1988, No. 154 at page 3571, declaring land to be Crown land by omitting the area of 544 square metres and substituting, 554 square metres.
