Land Acquired for the Purposes of a Service Lane in the Borough of Te Puke

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Hamilton, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of a service lane and shall vest in the Te Puke Borough Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.

Road Realignment in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Hamilton;

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road which, pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 31 and shall vest in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and;

(i) That area “J”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 56620, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 6D/859, subject to memorandum of mortgage S. 593689, South Auckland Land Registry;

(ii) That area “P”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 56620, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title Volume 1495, folio 29, subject to memorandum of mortgage S. 593689, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) That area “O”, now known as Section 3, S.O. 56620, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title Volume 1495, folio 61, subject to memorandum of mortgage 593689, South Auckland Land Registry.

Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in the County of Hawke’s Bay

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board on the 1st day of December 1988.
