As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. MF 101 deposited in the Head Office of the Ministry of Forestry at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Lands, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for limited access road, which has become road, limited access road and State highway, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
