International Air Services Licensing Act 1947
Notice of Intention to Amend Conditions of all International Air Service Licences
Notice is hereby given that I intend to exercise the power conferred on me by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947 to amend the terms of all International Air Services Licences issued to the international airlines serving New Zealand to delete the requirement that they file arrival and departure times with the Secretary for Transport and replace it with a requirement that they file a statement of the nature of the air services operated pursuant to the licence, including the commencement and/or cessation date, seating configuration, flight numbers and frequency of service on each route and any amendments thereto, with the Secretary for Transport.
This amendment will take effect on 1 January 1989.

Traffic Regulations 1976
Notice of Approval of Red Rear Reflectors in Terms of the Traffic Regulations 1976
Pursuant to regulation 88 (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*, the red rear reflectors specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby approved for the purposes of regulation 62 (2), (3), (4) and (5) of the said regulations.
Schedule
Red reflectors of approximately 80 mm diameter, manufactured by Hella New Zealand Ltd., or Hella Australia Pty Ltd., being Part No. 2910, and containing the following marks:
- Hella.
- Made in New Zealand (or Made in Australia).
Pursuant to powers delegated to me by the Secretary for Transport by an Instrument of Delegation dated the 2nd day of November 1987.
