Harbours Act 1950

Appointment and Revocation of Deputy Harbormasters, Honorary Harbormasters, Assistant Harbormasters and Supervising Officers

Pursuant to section 7 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Thomas Edwin Law, Senior Advisory Officer (Harbours Management) in exercise of powers delegated to me pursuant to sections 8 and 9 of the Ministry of Transport Act 1968, hereby appoint:

Laurence Alan Chrystal,
Norman Edward Wilson, and
Colin Joseph Burleigh

as deputy harbormasters for Oteranga Bay Harbour, and hereby appoint:

Ronald John Peacock

as deputy harbormaster for Milford Sound Harbour, and hereby appoint:

Kenneth Frederick Bradley

as deputy harbormaster for Deep Cove and Doubtful Sound Harbour, and hereby appoint:

Ross Davis Kerr

as deputy harbormaster for Fiordland Harbour, and hereby empower such deputy harbormasters to enforce the provisions of the General Harbour (Nautical and Miscellaneous) Regulations 1968, and hereby revoke the appointments of:
