Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 116 declares the portions of road described in the First Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(b) Declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1); and

(c) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119 declares that the area of stopped road firstly described in the First Schedule hereto and the area of land taken described in the Second Schedule hereto now known together as Allotment 759, Parish of Waimana, the areas of stopped road secondly to seventhly described in the First Schedule hereto now known as Allotments 758, 761, 763, 765, 780 and 783, Parish of Waimana respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 26A/1120 subject to memorandum of mortgage No. H741791.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

All those portions of road situated in Block XI, Whakatane Survey District, described as follows:

Amending a Notice Declaring Road to be Stopped and Vested in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District, Hutt County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Notice dated the 15th day of July 1987 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 6 August 1987 No. 128 at page 3718 declaring road to be stopped and vested in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District, Hutt County by omitting the following:

"Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped, and to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8C/819, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 281234.4, Wellington Land Registry."

and substituting the following:

"Pursuant to sections 116, 117, and 120 (3) and (4) of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped, and vested in Subhash Chander Malik and Divender Kumari Malik of Upper Hutt, medical practitioners, settlers of adjoining land held as a joint family home under application 720621.1, Wellington Land Registry, and directs that the stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8C/819, subject to memorandum of mortgage 281234.4, Wellington Land Registry."
