Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place and papa kainga for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Te Kuaha Waiti and Kiritamato Waititi (with exception of the descendants of Manihera Waititi).

Declaring Maori Freehold Land to be Included in a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 (2) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be included in the existing Maori reservation known as Kohatutaka F constituted by Order in Council, dated the 6th day of October 1965 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 59, page 1772 of 14 October 1965.

2605 Part Kohatutaka 6A9, and being all of the land contained in the vesting order of the Maori Land Court dated 16 April 1975.

Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired for a Limited Access Road in Rangiora District

Pursuant to sections 20 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a limited access road which has become road, limited access road, and State highway, and shall vest in the Crown on the 14th day of January 1988.
