Nurses Act 1977
Order of the Council in Disciplinary Session
Order in Respect of Registered General and Obstetric Nurse—Andrea Elizabeth Donald
In exercise of its powers under sections 42 (2) (a), 42 (9), 23 (2), and 45A of the Nurses Act 1977, the Nursing Council of New Zealand on 9 September 1988 ordered that the above named nurse be removed from the Register of General and Obstetric Nurses; that she be required to return every certificate and badge which has been issued to her by the Nursing Council of New Zealand; that 9 September 1991 be the time fixed after which she may apply to have her name restored to the Register; that a notice stating the effect of these orders be published in the Gazette, the New Zealand Nursing Journal and the publication of the New Zealand Nurses Union.

Public Works Act 1981
Notice of Intention to Take Land in Waikato County and Raglan County for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes
Notice is hereby given that the Waikato Catchment Board proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1981, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for soil conservation and river control purposes being the construction of stopbanks and drains and such other defences against water as are appropriate.
The taking is reasonably necessary to prevent flooding of adjacent land.
Any person having an estate or interest in the land may, if they have any objections to the taking of the said land, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection within 20 working days of the publication of this notice, to the Registrar,
Planning Tribunal, Tribunals Division, Justice Department, Private Bag, Wellington.

Wellington Harbour Board
Town and Country Planning Act 1977
The Wellington Harbour Maritime Planning Scheme Approved
The maritime planning scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1977 for Wellington Harbour Maritime Planning Area was approved by the Wellington Harbour Maritime Planning Authority by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 26th day of October 1988 after all objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating to the scheme had been disposed of and the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed and all amendments of the maritime planning scheme required by the Tribunal had been incorporated.
The authority has also resolved that the scheme shall come into operation on the 23rd day of November 1988.
Copies of the scheme as approved have been deposited in the authority’s office at Queens Wharf, Wellington and may be inspected without fee by any person who so requires at any time when that office is open to the public.
