At Wellington this 17th day of October 1988

Present:

His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 175 (2) and subject to sections 176 to 182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Westland Catchment Board to reclaim an area of 2860 square metres of the bed of the Grey River, as shown on plan M.D. 16503 (S.O. 11306), deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington and as more particularly described in the Schedule below.

Schedule

All that parcel of Crown land containing 2860 square metres (2860 m²), more or less, situated in Block XII, Greymouth Survey District of the Westland Land District, and being part of the bed of the Grey River and more particularly shown marked “A”, “B” and “C” on plan M.D. 16503 (S.O. 11306), deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington.

Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Notice is hereby given that I intend to exercise the power conferred on me by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947 to amend the terms of the International Air Services Licence issued to Air New Zealand Limited to add the route “Points in New Zealand to Cairns”.

This amendment will take effect on 17 December 1988.
