Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road which shall vest in The Taupo County Council.

Declaring Land and Easements Over Land Acquired for Water Supply Purposes in Block VII, Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for water supply purposes and that:

(a) Easements in gross for right of way, right to convey electric power, right to drain water and right to convey water are acquired for water supply purposes (and may be surrendered at any time by notice in the Gazette) over the land firstly described in the Second Schedule.

(b) An easement in gross for right to drain water is acquired for water supply purposes (and may be surrendered at any time by notice in the Gazette) over the land second and thirdly described in the Second Schedule.

The land and easements shall vest in The Napier City Council on the 4th day of February 1988.
