Department of Conservation hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Northcote Borough Council on the 13th day of October 1987:

"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Northcote Borough Council hereby resolves that the piece of land vested in the said Borough, held by the Borough in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a local purpose (esplanade) reserve within the meaning of the said Act".

8696 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3, L.T. 117730, situated in Block XII, Waitemata Survey District. Part certificate of title 34D/1447.

Mangonui County - East Coast Riding/East Coast Community Boundary Alteration Notice 1988

Pursuant to section 50 (2) (b) of the Local Government Act 1974, the Minister of Local Government gives the following notice:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as the Mangonui County East Coast Riding/East Coast Community Boundary Alteration Notice 1988.

2. The boundaries of the East Coast Riding and the East Coast Community of Mangonui County are hereby altered by including within them the areas of land described in the Schedule hereto, being land reclaimed from the sea.

Amending a Notice Declaring Railway Land at Paremata to be Road Vested in the Crown

Wellington Land District—Porirua City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and sections 10 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby amends the notice dated the 19th day of October 1987, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 October 1987, No. 184, page 4855 by deleting from the Schedule thereto the words "Lot 4, D.P. 205" and substituting in their place the words "Part Section 98, Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District."

Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired for Road and Road Stopped in the District of Inglewood

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and vested in The Inglewood District Council on the 4th day of February 1988.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.
