Notice is hereby given that the 1988 annual general meeting of Theseus Investments Ltd. will be held on 15 December 1988.

Special Business:

To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as a special resolution:

"That the memorandum of association of the company be altered by deleting clause 5 thereof and that the company shall henceforth have the rights, powers and privileges of a natural person including (without limiting the generality of the foregoing) the powers referred to in subsections (a) to (h) of section 15A (1) of the Companies Act 1955."

Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of November 1988 Gordon Raymond Prout appointed Andrew William Jacobsen of Auckland, taxation consultant, to be receiver and manager of the property of Avondale Gas Services Ltd., comprising CNG plant and compressors and other various plant, tools and equipment under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 30th day of March 1987, given by that company, and registered in the companies office at Auckland on the 9th day of April 1987.

The office of the receiver and manager is at the office of Jacobsen & Associates, 1A/165 Stoddard Road, Mount Roskill.

Notice of Appointment of a Receiver

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Michael John Robinson and Lesley Margaret Robinson hereby give notice that on the 2nd day of November 1988, they appointed Gerald Stanley Rea of Peat Marwick, National Mutual Centre, Shortland Street, Auckland, chartered accountants to be receiver and manager of the property of the above-named company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 29th day of July 1983, being a debenture from Robina Leather Fashions Ltd. to Michael John Robinson and Lesley Margaret Robinson. The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955

DFC Financial Services Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, with reference to Broadcast Holdings Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 1st day of November 1988, it appointed Messrs Alan Keith Hinton and Peter Colin Buckle, both of Nelson, chartered accountants, whose office is at the firm of Messrs Meikle Hinton, 10 Church Street, Nelson, to be receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of this company charged by a certain debenture dated the 2nd day of September 1987 and given by this company to DFC Financial Services Ltd.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its property and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, situate both present and future, including its uncalled capital and called but unpaid capital.
