The Bank of New Zealand, with reference to Gore Construction Company (1983) Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 27th day of October 1988 the bank appointed Owen Leslie O’Connor and Christopher Thomas Boyle, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Kearney O’Connor & Co., Chartered Accountants, 30 Mersey Street, Gore, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 3rd day of June 1983. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Notice is hereby given that on the 1st day of November 1988, the Bank of New Zealand appointed Messrs Richard Dale Agnew and Peter Reginald Howell, both chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Printech Holdings Ltd., under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 18th day of April 1988, given by that company.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
