Declaring Land Held for the Generation of Electricity to be Set Apart for Crown Land in the Vincent County

Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Dunedin, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

4108 square metres, being Section 3, S.O. Plan 22525, Block III, Cromwell Survey District.

Land Acquired for the Generation of Electricity in Block VII, Tarras Survey District, Vincent County

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Dunedin, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the generation of electricity and shall vest in the Crown on the 27th day of October 1988.

Crown Land Set Apart and Leasehold Estate in Land Acquired for the Generation of Electricity in Block VII, Tarras Survey District, Vincent County

Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Dunedin declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by George Madigan Willson of Luggate, farmer, under and by virtue of pastoral lease of pastoral land under the Land Act 1948, No. P253 recorded in certificate of title No. A2/1221, is hereby acquired for the generation of electricity and shall vest in the Crown on the 27th day of October 1988 and pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Dunedin declares the Crown land in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for the generation of electricity.

49.30 hectares, being part Section 37, Block VII, Tarras Survey District; as shown marked “C” on S.O. Plan 21115, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.

Road Realignment in the Clutha County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Dunedin, hereby:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Clutha County Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, declares the parts of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The area marked ‘A’ on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 8D/672;

(ii) The area marked ‘F’ on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 258, folio 215;

(iii) The areas marked ‘G’, ‘J’ and ‘R’ on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 258, folio 216;

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 8D/672.
