Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Property Officer, Department of Lands, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road which, pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 80.
