Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

First City Finance Ltd, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 11th day of October 1988 it appointed William John Henry Stewart, chartered accountant of Napier, as receiver and manager of the property of J. M. and C. B. McGlinchey Ltd, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 29th day of July 1988, which property consists of all the present and future undertaking, goodwill, assets and unpaid capital relating to the operation of the business of Windsor Lodge Restaurant carried on by the said J. M. and C. B. McGlinchey Ltd.
