Reserves Act 1977

Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Manager, Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a Local Purpose (site for a play centre) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Revocation of the Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve and Appointment of the North Shore Play Centre Association to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Manager, Department of Conservation hereby revokes the appointment of the Auckland Play Centres Association Incorporated to control and manage the local purpose (site for a play centre) reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, appoints the North Shore Play Centre Association to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a local purpose (site for a play centre) reserve.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Manager, Department of Conservation hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Manukau City Council on the 17th day of June 1987:

"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Manukau City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act."
