The appointment of Chaplain K. N. Booth, M.A., M.TH., PH.D., is extended until 15 June 1991.

Sub Lieutenant K. R. Iveyard, B.E. (ELECT.), to be Lieutenant with seniority and effect from 1 January 1988.

Peter William Regan, B.A., is appointed to the RNZNVR in the rank of Sub Lieutenant (on prob.), with seniority from 1 May 1986 and effect from 1 August 1988, terminating on 29 March 1993.

EMERGENCY LIST OF OFFICERS OF THE NAVAL RESERVES

Commander Robin Francis Hulford, Retired List, is appointed to the Special Service List of the Emergency List of Officers of the Naval Reserves, in the rank of Lieutenant Commander with effect from 8 August 1988, terminating on 7 February 1989.

Lieutenant Commander Clive Paul Charles Calkin is placed on the Retired List of the RNZN with effect from 2 September 1988.

Lieutenant Commander Edward David James Isaac is appointed to the Special Service List of the Emergency List of Officers of the Naval Reserves, in the rank of Lieutenant with effect from 19 September 1988, terminating on 18 September 1991.

The period of service of the following on the Emergency List of Officers of the Naval Reserves is terminated with effect from the date shown:

Parumoana Community Polytechnic Alteration of Constitution Notice

Pursuant to section 69 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education gives the following notice:

Notice

1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Parumoana Community Polytechnic Alteration of Constitution Notice.

   (b) This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.

2. Clause 4 (p) of the principal notice is hereby deleted and the following substituted therefor:

   “One full-time staff member employed by the council who shall represent the staff of Parumoana Community Polytechnic and who shall be elected by:

   (a) permanent part-time and full-time tutorial and allied staff,

   (b) full-time temporary and relieving tutorial and allied staff who have been employed for at least 6 months at the time of the election or who have a contract of employment for a term of at least 6 months”.
