Road Realignment in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road which, pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 31, and shall vest in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped;

(c) Pursuant to section 117, declares:

(i) That the areas of stopped road firstly and thirdly described in the Second Schedule hereto now known as Sections 1 and 3, S.O. 52340 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 705, folio 146, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 643595.5, H. 245625.4 and H. 643595.6, South Auckland Land Registry;

(ii) That the areas of stopped road fourthly, fiftyth, sixty and seventy described in the Second Schedule hereto now known as Section 4, S.O. 52340 and Sections 1, 2 and 3, S.O. 52341 respectively shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1103, folio 187, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 643595.5, H. 245625.4 and H. 643595.6, South Auckland Land Registry;

(iii) That the area of stopped road secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto now known as Section 2, S.O. 52340 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 705, folio 145;

(iv) That the area of stopped road eighthly described in the Second Schedule hereto now known as Section 4, S.O. 52341 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 19B/141, subject to statutory land charge H. 551027, South Auckland Land Registry.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Crown Land in the City of Wellington

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Wellington hereby amends the notice dated the 23rd day of May 1988, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 9 June 1988, No. 98 at page 2329, declaring land to be Crown land in the City of Wellington by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following:

“All that piece of land containing 1898 square metres, situated in the City of Wellington, being part Lot 242, D.P. 2644, and also being part Sections 1 and 2, Harbour District. All proclamation No. 3807, Wellington Land Registry.”
