Conservation

Reserves Act 1977

Notification that the Regional Manager May Appoint a Reserves Board

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Deputy Director-General (Conservation Management) hereby authorises the Regional Manager for the West Coast Region to appoint the Reserves Board to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act as a local purpose (hall site) reserve.

Westland Land District—Westland County

4047 square metres, more or less, being Reserve 101, Block I, Kanieri Survey District. All certificate of title, 2D/661. All New Zealand Gazette, 1875, page 514. S.O. Plan 3473.

Dated at Wellington this 20th day of September 1988.
