Approval of Motorcycle Driving Courses
Pursuant to section 48 (2) (b) of the Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986, and pursuant to powers delegated to me by an instrument of delegation dated 2 November 1987, I, Geoffrey Thomas Henry, Assistant Director of Road Transport, hereby approve the following courses of motorcycle instruction:
The courses of basic motorcycle handling skills for the purposes of regulation 27 (1) (c) of the Transport (Drivers Licensing) Regulations 1987;
The courses of motorcycle instruction for the purposes of regulation 30 (5) of the Transport (Drivers Licensing) Regulations 1987;
to be conducted by the following approved schools of instruction:
Chris White Motorcycle Riding School, Hamilton; under the direction of Chris White.
