A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by order dated 19 October 1978, to be road, and to be vested in The Tauranga City Council.

All that land containing 4491 square metres, situated in Poike 4F Block, Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District; as shown marked “Pt Poike 4F” on M.L. Plan 21497, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Notice of Intention to Hold an Inquiry into Operation of a Transport Licence

Donald Early Martin, Taxicab Service Licensee of 21A Saxon Street, Waterview, Auckland.

Take notice that pursuant to section 140 (1) (a) and (b) of the Transport Act 1962, the No. 2 Transport District Licensing Authority (J. M. Foster), will hold an inquiry to determine whether the licensee (a) no longer meets the criteria set out in section 124 of the Act and or (b) has failed to comply with any terms or conditions of Taxicab Service Licence No. 18083.

The inquiry will be held in the Conference Room, Ministry of Transport, Ninth Floor, Customhouse Building, Quay Street, Auckland on Wednesday, 2 November 1988 commencing at 10 a.m.
