Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped in the Clutha County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands hereby amends the notice dated the 25th day of August 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 August 1986, No. 134, page 3635, declaring land to be road and road stopped in the Clutha County, by omitting from the First Schedule and adding seventhly to the Second Schedule the following:

“178 Part Section 45, Block VII, Waipahi Survey District; marked ‘J’ on S.O. plan 18290.”

and adding paragraph (b) (vi) as follows:

(vi) The area marked ‘J’ on S.O. Plan 18290, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 10D/355.
