Pursuant to section 33 (2) of the Labour Relations Act 1987, it is hereby notified that the registration of the Auckland Asbestos Cement and Cellulose Fibre Cement Products Workers Union of Workers, Registered No. 1892, situated at 50 O’Rorke Road, Penrose, Auckland will, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled on the expiration of 30 days from the date of this notice in the Gazette.

Unclaimed Moneys
Notice Under Section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953
Pursuant to section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953, the Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that lists of unclaimed moneys held by him for 1986 have been filed with the Registrars of the Maori Land Court at:
Whangarei, Hamilton, Rotorua, Gisborne, Wanganui, Hastings, Christchurch; also at the District Offices of the Department of Maori Affairs at: Auckland and Wiri; and at the Head Office of the Department of Maori Affairs at Wellington.
Lists are also located at the sub-offices of the Department of Maori Affairs where they may be inspected during office hours without payment of a fee.

National Roads Board
National Roads Act 1953
Revoking State Highway and Declaring Public Highway to be State Highway
Pursuant to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board, acting with the written approval of the Minister of Transport, gives notice that the section of State highway described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked and that the section of public highway described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a State highway within the meaning and for the purposes of the National Roads Act 1953.
First Schedule
All that section of State Highway No. 1 in Cambridge Borough, being the sections of Victoria and Duke Streets between Queen Street and Albert Street (RP. 478/5.84 to RP. 478/6.76).
Second Schedule
All that section of public highway in Cambridge Borough, being Queen Street from its intersection with Victoria Street eastward to its intersection with Albert Street then southwards along Albert Street to its intersection with Duke Street.

International Air Services Licensing Act 1947
Notice of Receipt of an Application for an International Air Service Licence
Pursuant to section 7 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Garuda Indonesian Airways has applied for an International Air Service Licence to permit the licensee to operate a scheduled air service for the carriage of passengers, cargo and mail between Indonesia and Auckland. Further details of the proposal may be obtained from the Secretary for Transport, Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box 3175, Wellington.
Any person or organisation wishing to make representations relating to this application must forward those representations in writing to reach me on or before 14 October 1988.

Approval of Motorcycle Safety Helmets
Pursuant to subclause (1) of regulation 88 of the Traffic Regulations 1976 and pursuant to powers delegated to me by the Secretary for Transport by an instrument of delegation dated the 2nd day of November 1987, motorcycle safety helmets of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto are hereby approved for the purposes of regulation 31 of the said regulations.
