Road Realignment in the Wallace County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Wallace County Council:

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that the area marked ‘A’ on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 88/604.
