Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor:

(a) Pursuant to sections 20 and 153, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for limited access road, and State highway and vested in The New Plymouth City Council on the 15th day of September 1988.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares that portion of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped.
