Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director, Recreation, Tourism and Historic Resources, hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the Raglan Recreation Reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director, Land and Fauna of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the public cemetery reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Palmerston North City Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Recreation, Tourism and Historic Resources, hereby revokes the reservation over part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Porirua City Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be used in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other lands for reserves.
