Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the assistant secretary administration and the proprietor of the following school:
Mt Carmel School, Meadowbank.
The said supplementary integration agreement came into effect on 7 September 1988. Copies of the supplementary integration agreement are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office, National Mutual Building, Featherston Street, Wellington, and at regional offices.

Notice of Approval of the Electrical Code of Practice for Electrical Installations of Caravans and Caravan Park Areas—NZ ECP 1: 1988
Pursuant to section 24C of the Electricity Act 1968, I, David Butcher, Minister of Energy, give notice that on the 8th day of September 1988, I approved the Electrical Code of Practice for Electrical Installations of Caravans and Caravan Park Areas—NZ ECP 1: 1988, issued by the Secretary of Energy on the 25th day of July 1988 and amended by agreement after the consultation required by the Electricity Act 1968.
The Electrical Code of Practice for Electrical Installations of Caravans and Caravan Park Areas—NZ ECP 1: 1988 shall come into force on the 14th day of September 1988.
Copies of the Electrical Code of Practice for Electrical Installations of Caravans and Caravan Park Areas—NZ ECP 1: 1988 may be obtained from the Chief Electrical Inspectors Office, Ministry of Energy, P.O. Box 2337, Wellington.

Geothermal Energy Act 1953
Extension of Licences for Shallow Bores Within 1.5 kilometres of Pohutu Geyser, Rotorua
Pursuant to section 9 of subsection (1) (b) and (5) of the Geothermal Energy Act 1953, and further to my earlier direction in the Gazette for the 2 June 1988 at page 2229, I hereby continue to direct that it is in the public interest that all bores 61 metres or less in depth, which are within the 1.5 kilometre radius of Pohutu Geyser in Rotorua and which are currently licensed to tap, take, use and apply geothermal energy for domestic purposes, have their licences extended for a further period of 3 months from the 3 September 1988 to 2 December 1988.
And I further direct that this notice shall apply to those persons who received prior to the date of this notice, a siting and design approval certification from a geothermal inspector pursuant to regulations 25 and 29 of the Geothermal Energy Regulations 1961. Such persons may hold a licence for the period of three months from 3 September 1988 to the 2 December 1988.
