Animals Protection Act 1960

Approval of Code of Ethical Conduct Notice No. 4463 (100-A1-07)

Pursuant to section 19A of the Animals Protection Act 1960 and on the advice of the National Animal Ethics Advisory Committee, I hereby approve the adoption by Waikato Polytechnic of the approved code of ethical conduct of the University of Waikato.

Exemption Under the Animal Remedies Act 1967 (Notice No. 4461; Ag. 6/15/5/2)

Pursuant to section 3 (1) of the Animal Remedies Act 1967 I hereby give notice:

(1) That the notice entitled “Exemption Under the Animal Remedies Act 1967 (Notice No. 2794; Ag. 6/2/3/1)” of the 30th day of March 1982 appearing in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 43 of the 5th day of April 1982 at page 1235 is hereby revoked and this notice substituted in its place.
