Land Acquired for Irrigation Purposes (Accommodation) in Waimairi District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for irrigation purposes (accommodation) and shall vest in the Crown on the 11th day of August 1988.

All that piece of land containing 1007 square metres, situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, being Part Lot 2, D.P. 9844, part Rural Section 12. All certificate of title 591/32.

In the notice issued on the 13th day of July 1987 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 January 1988, No. 2, page 41:

Canceling the Reservation of Maori Freehold Land as Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 (5) (b) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby cancelled as a Maori Reservation.
