Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land and Right of Way Easement Over Land for Telecommunications Purposes in the City of Manukau

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands hereby declares the declaration dated the 3rd day of June 1988, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 16th day of June 1988, No. 101, page 2403, acquiring land and a right of way easement over land for telecommunications purposes, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, to be amended by omitting from the operative clause thereof the words “a right of way easement over the land described in the First Schedule hereto” and substituting the words “a right of way easement over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto”.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Wellington hereby amends the notice dated the 23rd day of March 1988 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 31 March 1988, No. 56 at page 1356, declaring a right of way to be acquired for post office purposes in the City of Wellington by omitting the Second Schedule and substituting the following:

All that piece of land containing 453 square metres, situated in the City of Wellington, being part Lot 1, D.P. 242. All Gazette notice No. 864750, Wellington Land Registry.
