Sale of Liquor Act 1962
Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Auckland Licensing Committee
Pursuant to section 221A (14) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (1) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, David Oughton, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Auckland Licensing Committee on 30 June 1988 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Orewa Trust Tavern, Centrewary Road, Orewa.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) In respect of the Public Bar on any Friday and Saturday: Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(c) In respect of the Lounge Bar, only Friday and Saturday: Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

Pursuant to section 221A (14) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (1) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, David Oughton, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Wellington Licensing Committee on 29 June 1988 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Village Inn, corner of Alexander and Raumati Roads, Raumati.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (other than Christmas Eve and New Year’s and excepting Thursday in Easter week): Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday and Saturday: Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On Christmas Eve: Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(d) On New Year’s Eve: Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00:30 o’clock in the morning on New Year’s Day.
(e) On the Thursday in Easter week each year: Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday and Saturday: Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On Christmas Eve: Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(d) On New Year’s Eve: Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00:30 o’clock in the morning on New Year’s Day.

New Zealand Geographic Board Act 1946
Notice of Intention to Assign Place Names by the New Zealand Geographic Board
Pursuant to section 12 of the New Zealand Geographic Board Act 1946, notice is hereby given of the intention of the New Zealand Geographic Board to assign the name set out in the first column of the Schedule hereto.
Pursuant to section 13 of the said Act, any person objecting to any such proposed name, may at any time within a 3 month period from the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette give to the Secretary of the Board, care of the Department of Survey and Land Information, P.O. Box 170, Wellington, notice in writing of their objection. Plans showing the location of the feature may be inspected at the office of the Chief Surveyor of the Department or at the office of the Secretary of the Board.
If no objections are received by the Board within the aforesaid period of 3 months, the Board’s decision as to any of the said proposed names will be final.
