Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, and at the request of The Christchurch City Council, the District Solicitor, Department of Lands, declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by that Council for street diversion, to be set apart for electricity purposes.

Pursuant to section 332 of the Māori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Māori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

This notice may be cited as Māori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1988, No. 8.

The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby revoked by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part XXIV of the Māori Affairs Act 1953.

Declaring Railway Land at Mount Eden to be Road Vested in the Mount Eden Borough Council
Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation, with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways, hereby declares as road and vests in The Mount Eden Borough Council the land described in the Schedule hereto.
