Land Acquired, Subject to a Building Line Restriction, for the Purposes of the Fire Service Act 1975, in Block I, Tarawera Survey District, Rotorua District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the building line restriction imposed by S. 361635, South Auckland Land Registry for the purposes of the Fire Service Act 1975 and shall vest in the New Zealand Fire Service Commission on the 28th day of January 1988.

All that piece of land containing 698 square metres, being Lot 141, D.P. S. 10334 and being part Section 80, Suburbs of Rotorua. All certificate of title No. 14C/1208.
