Declaring Land Near Te Kuiti to be Acquired for Railway Purposes

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railway Corporation Act 1981 and section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes.
