Road Stopped in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped, and that the said stopped road, now known as Section 1, S.O. 57087 and Section 2, S.O. 57087 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 857, folio 239, South Auckland Land Registry.

Land Acquired for Road in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road which, pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 3 and shall vest in the Crown on the 21st day of July 1988.
