Road Stopped in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped, and that the said stopped road:

(a) Firstly to thirdly described, now known as Section 1, S.O. 57088, Section 2, S.O. 57088 and Section 3, S.O. 57088 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 17A/1217, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 316970.5, South Auckland Land Registry.

(b) Fourthly and fifthly described, now known as Section 4, S.O. 57088, and Section 1, S.O. 57089 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 1B/705, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 316970.5, South Auckland Land Registry.
