Road Realignment in Waikato County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Waikato County Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and further declares that the said stopped road, now known as Section 1, S.O. 56957, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 499, folio 192, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 480971.2 and H. 416902, South Auckland Land Registry.

All those pieces of land situated in Block VI, Komakorau Survey District, described as follows:

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be a limited access road which has become road, limited access road and State highway and vested in The Hamilton City Council.
