Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped for Railway in Taumarunui County

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, which pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 40: and pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, hereby declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and added to the Stratford-Okahukura railway (Proclamation 540, Taranaki Land Registry).
