In the High Court of New Zealand, Auckland Registry

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Hamilton Restaurants Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland and carrying on business there as an hotel:

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 7th day of June 1988, presented to the said Court by Melville Bricklayers Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Hamilton; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 10th day of August 1988 at 11.45 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Datamini Corporation Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 3/6 Orfus Place, Takapuna, Auckland—Debtor:

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 20th day of June 1988, presented to the said Court by Melco Sales NZ Limited, a duly incorporated company at Lower Hutt; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 31st day of August 1988 at 11.45 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 2nd day of June 1988, presented to the said Court by Hume Industries (NZ) Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, roofing contractors and metal and concrete manufacturers; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 10th day of August 1988 at 11.45 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 17th day of May 1988, presented to the said Court by Exotic Building Supplies Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 95 Harris Road, East Tamaki, Auckland, merchants; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 20th day of July 1988 at 11.45 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
