Amending a Notice Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Block VIII, Tutaki Survey District, Waimea County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Wellington hereby amends the notice dated the 26th day of March 1987 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 2 April 1987, No. 45 at page 1425, declaring stopped road to be disposed of in Block VIII, Tutaki Survey District, Waimea County by omitting the following:

... and substituting the following:

"Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be incorporated with the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 134, folio 12, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 103822, 169952.1, 204381.1 and 170394.1 and statutory land charge No. 160671.1, Nelson Land Registry."

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a microwave station and shall vest in the Crown on the 14th day of July 1988.
